2. Delivery Time

• Tickets are delivered instantly after successful payment.
• In rare cases, it may take up to 10 minutes due to server delays.

3. Non-Receipt of Tickets

If you did not receive tickets:

• Check spam folder
• Check SMS inbox
• Contact customer care

We will resend your ticket at no additional cost.

4. Physical Delivery

No physical tickets are delivered unless mentioned by an event organizer.
