1. General Policy

• All ticket sales made through Live B4U Leave are final and non-refundable, unless the event organizer cancels the event.

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is fully canceled by the organizer:

• You are eligible for a refund of the ticket amount.
• Refund will be issued within 7–10 working days using the original payment method.

3. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed:

• Tickets remain valid for the new date.
• No refund is issued unless the organizer approves it.

4. Customer-Requested Cancellation

• No cancellation or refund allowed once the booking is confirmed.

5. Duplicate or Wrong Booking

• No refunds for incorrect ticket selection, wrong dates, or accidental purchases.

6. Transaction Failures

If payment is deducted but booking not confirmed:

• Amount is automatically refunded by the bank/payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
